Customer Support

An app is a web service or application, such as Salesforce, Hubspot, Zoho CRM etc., klamp offers integrations for more than 500 apps, enabling you to move data between them.

Premium apps are select apps that are paid apps which incur extra charges for deploying them in the workflows. Apps like LinkedIn, Twitter are chargeable and come in this scenario.

First of all, be rest assured that at klamp we will never charge you wrongly. In case your card has been debited twice due to an issue with the payment gateway, we will certainly assist you with the refund process immediately. Reach us via refund@klamp.io.

We are working on it, and it should be ready for you by the end of Feb’22. We will let you know on the date of launch through an email.

You will migrate to annual billing plan from the end of current billing cycle. Eg., if your monthly plan ends at 15th June and you have already made the subscription to annual plan from 10th June, the migration to annual plan will be from 16th of June i.e., after the end of current subscription plan.

We do not take your card details during the registration process and you are free to use the 14 days trial period fully before making the payment. Payments can be made using your card details in the account settings page after you login.

Your klamps will stop functioning and you can do a top-up to the existing subscription plan. The top-up value is not recurring and will close by the end of current billing cycle. Alternatively, you can upgrade to a higher plan basis the number of Actions.

You can subscribe to klamp using credit & debit cards. We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express (AMEX), and Discover.

We charge you based on Action(s) consumed on a monthly or yearly basis (depends on the actions you subscribe). You can check various options under the pricing section.

Klamp stores user registration information like name, email ID, phone number & company name. Klamp does not store any data except for configurations where periodic updates is the norm selected by you for a specific connector. In this only scenario, data is stored only for continuity purposes from where it is left. This will be flushed once new data gets loaded to the DB.

Data security is always our top priority. That’s why we have the best encryption standards for data storage and data transfers. klamp follows GCP norms for cloud infra & compliance.

Yes, klamp can support 2-way sync & it is easy to integrate.

Pricing & Support

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. If you choose to upgrade, you’ll pay a prorated amount for the rest of the month. If you choose to downgrade, you’ll be credited on next month’s bill.

Unlimited users are available on Premium and Premium+ plans.
